Woodie's Wash Shack - Ulmerton

Justin on Ulmerton! I don’t think I have enough words to describe how kind he was to my son and I. I had an SUV and he was playing with my son while no cars were needing assistance. Playing beach ball with him and made sure he was refreshed with popsicles. Justin even offered to clean my mats for me and he did! They were spotless! Very respectful man, very caring and attentive to the customers. Not just to my son and I but others I saw him working. Justin went above and beyond to help me out and I am grateful to him. Before leaving I had to go shake his hand respectfully because of how great his service was. I’m definitely coming back here and even considering a membership because of Justin. I’ve never received this type of service before any other car wash. At others they don’t help, or just only wipe down the care a little but not here. Justin set Woodys apart from the rest!

Melissa was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure every customer had a great experience. She went above and beyond to help, answered questions with a smile, and made the entire visit enjoyable. Her customer service is exceptional, and she's a huge asset to the car wash. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in helping people. Thank you, Melissa, for the outstanding service!! I’ll definitely be back!

The guys here are amazing! Had mud everywhere and it didn’t want to come off so after the first run through they helped me prewash basically soaked my suv and then sent it through again and now it’s sparkling! I am so thankful for all the help and input on what professional products I could use at my own risk to help preserve my shine. I still have to shine it but I am good for now. Thank you so much!!!!!

Jeff and Jessica were extremely helpful, Jeff helped me get my car into N which is very tricky on my model and Jessica helped with drying and wiping remaining water spots off. She was very sweet. I will definitely be coming back here for my car washes. Thank you Jeff and Jessica.

Tony was amazing, he got the gum off my car and helped clean my rims, dried my car, and all last minute before closing. And asked if I need any other assistance! I enjoy being a member!
